Poems are typically handwritten and mailed within 2-3 business days. Delivery time depends on USPS, usually 3-5 additional business days.
You'll see a preview poem during signup to get a feel for the quality. After that, each poem is a surprise -- that's part of the magic. You can always view sent poems in your dashboard.
You can update the delivery address anytime from your dashboard. Changes apply to future poems. If a poem is returned due to a bad address, we'll notify you.
